Top Ten Tuesday | My Winter 2018 TBR

Morning, book fam,

I honestly believe my TBR list will never end, especially with all the books already on it, not including the ones I haven’t added yet.

Top Ten Tuesday, originally created by The Broke and the Bookish and now hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl, is a weekly meme. For the second last topic of December, we show off our Winter TBR pile. I could add more. I should probably list more since I have so many on my shelves, but I don’t want to freak myself out. 😂 I shouldn’t say that. Holiday break starts this week, so I’ll have plenty of time to catch up. Book binge, shall we?!

So I hope you love my choices. Have fun!

Nevernight Chronicle

I’ve been waiting for my copies to come in. And they’re here! Unfortunately, Nevernight is damaged. But I snagged a signed first edition of Godsgrave! And I can’t get over how beautiful these books are. I am beyond ready for some stabby, stabby with the lethal assassin. 😉

This year and next year, I’m pushing myself more toward science fiction titles. Even though I adore fantasy, I need to branch out. And Mirage is definitely the title for me. Space travel, court intrigue, and doppelgangers are what I’m looking for!

This Mortal Coil

Kaleena and Taylor convinced me to add this book (well, I should say series) to my TBR list. I’m not a huge science fiction reader, but I can’t resist a dystopian sci-fi. I love reading them!

Warrior of the Wild

I loved Tricia’s debut series, so I knew I had to read her next one. So when I discovered it’s Viking-inspired, I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to get my hands on the book.

Everless is one of those debut titles that you aren’t sure you’ll love. But I can’t get over the how this world uses time as currency. Everless explodes with political intrigue, and the world-building superb, so I have high expectations with the finale.

Watcher in the Woods

Since I first picked up City of the Lost, I knew the Rockton series would be one of my favourites. And I am excited to see how Casey introduces her sister to her new and dangerous life in the Yukon. The third book ended on a cliffhanger, so I definitely need to see how this one takes off!

  1. Ooh I hope you love the Nevernight books! They are easily some of my favorites so I can’t recommend them enough. Warrior of the Wild looks really good as well! I hope you get to read all of these!
