Morning, bloggers!
I may or may not have forgotten to finalize this post until after I finished watching Maleficent. I certainly forgot to work on my second post though. But I have no shame. That movie deserves all my time. So I’m checking up before my midnight deadline. 😂 I don’t know why I do this to myself.
Sara from Bibliophagist tagged me. And I want to thank her for doing so. I love you, darling. Please give her post all the love it deserves.
Rules:
- Thank the person who tagged you!
- Link back and credit the original creator (GoodeyReads)
- Answer book questions about yourself.
- Answer the other questions about yourself.
- Change the last 5 questions when you tag someone else (if you want! – the more random the better)
- Tag at least 3 people.
- Have fun! (ooh, that was cliche)
A Book about Where You’re from (City, State, Country—Your Choice)
This is not the greatest example of our Canadian history. But the setting is located near me though.
A Book about Your Favourite Non-Bookish Hobby
Okay, let me specify exactly what one of my hobbies is: music, not being a groupie (ugh, why did I pick this book?!). It used to be going to concerts, but I don’t attend them any longer.
A Book about a Fear of Yours
Since I’ve developed many illnesses, a lot more than I thought I’d ever have, a part of me feared they’ve taken control. And a good portion of the time, they do, unfortunately. But I’m not alone.
A Book about Something That Brings Your Joy
I’ll be frank with you. I enjoy eating cake, cupcakes, and other sugary goodies more than I do baking them. I have a sweet tooth that may get me in trouble some day.
A Book about Your Career/What You’re Studying in School
Oh, come on. I don’t want to show off a textbook. Trust me, it’s a snore. And I can’t seem to find a book about the main character wanting to work in book publishing.
What Job Would You Be Terrible Doing?
More than likely, I’d be horrible as a barista. I have a never-ending thrill of not saying grande and venti. It’s small, medium, large, or extra large if you want to be that kind of extra person. You don’t know how many times I made the baristas do a double-take.
What’s a Subject You Wish You Know More about?
Oh, I’d love to learn more about physics. My Mom calls me a know-it-all, but I usually come back with, “Well I don’t know physics.” So I want to prove her right. 😂
In Your Opinion, What Is the Best Day on the Calendar and Why?
Saturday. What, not Friday? Saturday (and technically, Sunday, but that’s the sad day) is the only day where I’m not on-call. I get to sleep in, read as much I want, and not have to do anything. So it’s a “me” day.
What is the Craziest Item You Spent Way Too Much on?
I don’t blame Shelflove Crate for the currency exchange. So when I ordered its special edition box for Darkdawn, I wasn’t too surprised when I saw final currency exchange. But my eyebrows went a bit higher than I wanted them to.
What’s a Quirky Thing You Do?
I am an organization freak when it comes to my books. So I stack them by size, author, or series. That’s not the weirdest thing though. I love organized chaos. Oxymoron, but stay with me. I may be particular about my books and shelves. But I have my clothes all over the floor. Why? So I can tell if someone has been in my room. Odd? Sure. But it’s me.

Thank you for tagging me!💛 and I can completely relate to the organised books, unorganised clothes situation😂 I keep my books organised, yep, my clothes? Couldn’t even tell you where any of them are😂 lovely answers☺️

Thanks so much for doing this! ❤️ I love your answers, especially Deadly Sweet! I haven’t read it, but I love baking and I love that cover. It might have to go on my TBR. 😊

Hahahahaha. Love that you don’t ‘vent’. Lol. Seriously… what’s wrong with tall, medium and large????
And yeah… go do it… become a know it all!!! 😉

** see even autocorrect doesn’t like ‘venti’. It changed it to vent above 😂

Thank you so much for the tag!
I’m also a fan of organized chaos! As long as I know where everything is, it doesn’t really matter if it’s organized

Thank you for tagging me! I take forever to do tags but I always do them so thank you!
Honestly I don’t get the whole venti thing either, I’m the same I always order by saying ‘small’ or ‘medium’ and then I’m asked do you mean venti. I honestly don’t know, do I?!
I am here with you on cakes! My downfall is sugar but in sweet treats like cakes, biscuits and chocolate. I have no willpower at all when it comes to them.
I adored Alias Grace, it may not be a shining moment in Canadian history per say but Margaret Atwood is a pretty darn amazing Canadian writer!

Aaaaww thank you so much for tagging me Siobhan! I’m also a sweet tooth and books with a lot of food porn are an instant fave. And I have to agree with you, Sunday is a sad day hahahhaha mainly because it’s somewhat of a lazy and unproductive day for me. Thanks once again!

Thank you so much for the tag, Siobhan; I can’t wait to do this one!!
I also love organized chaos, and my bookshelves are first and foremost organized by size and then series/author. I love the way that rainbow shelves look but I don’t think it’s possible for me I think the size thing would bother me too much
