Summer Bucket List Book Tag

Morning, sweets!

Has anyone had a “blah” day? I feel it right now. And even though yesterday was my day off, I wasn’t feeling it. So a tag is here to save me.

I found this delectable tag on Kalina Reads. Kalina is adorable, and you all need to see what she creates on her blog! Summer is almost, almost over, but I knew I could slide in one more summer tag. So let’s get to it!

The Rules:

  • Link back to the original creator in your post.
  • Feel free to use any of my graphics in your post, or create your own!
  • Tag 5 other people at the end of your post, and let them know you’ve tagged them.

Hit the Beach | A Book Set by the Water

I’ve been meaning to read this title but haven’t gotten around to it yet. However, when I heard that Tricia was publishing another novel, I knew I needed it.

Watch Fireworks | A Book That Has a Fiery Romance

This romance is a slow burn, but it is good. So, so good. That ending is killer though.

Go for a Road Trip | A Book That Involves a Journey

All my babies are separated and are on different paths. I am not okay with this scenario. Kristoff is truly a sadist when it comes to his books.

Camp under the Stars | A Book That Left You Star Struck

I honestly don’t know how I survived this book. I’m still not over what happened in it. And I don’t think time will my heal my shattered black heart.

Marathon Some Movies | A Book You Couldn’t Put Down

I needed to know what happened. And even when life called me away from it, House of Salt and Sorrows completely engrossed my time.

Go Out for Ice Cream | A Book with a Sweet Romance

It’s Malec, do I need to say more? Of course not.

Picnic in the Park | A Book That Was a Breath of Fresh Air

Any of Ward’s titles are a platelet cleanser. With Vishous’ story, he’s sexually deviant, and it’s refreshing to see in paranormal romance.

Go for a Hike | A Character Who Conquered an Obstacle

Cassidy Blake may be one of the most adorable main characters I’ve read. I wasn’t sure if she herself would make it to the end of her own story though.

Grill Some BBQ | A Book Featuring Delicious Food

I rarely read fluffy books with great food. But I do have a sweet tooth like Aelin, so I can’t deny myself that, can I?

Watch the Sunrise | A Book That Inspired You

How does a reverse harem inspire me? The strength of these damn characters. Sunshine has endeared a lot and yet she’ll fight for what’s hers: her family. I love her.

  1. I have to agree with you on Crooked Kingdom, and the whole duology at that. Lieigh Bardugo really blew me away and show how skilled she is as a writer. I live in the southern hemisphere, so we’re still at the tail end of winter here. I can’t wait to do this tag when I get to the warmer months — thank you Siobhan!

  2. Thank you for the tag as always Sibby! ❤ ❤ ❤ I've had so much fun participating in this one because I am such a summer baby at heart. I may or may not have ignored all my other projects and writing to do it… 😉
