Top Ten Tuesday | Holiday Reads

Happy Tuesday, bloggers,

Okay, who else is excited about the fact we’re in December? Now, who’s also freaking out because we are in December? I thought so. I’m both.

Top Ten Tuesday, originally created by The Broke and the Bookish and now hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl, is a weekly meme. December’s first prompt is holiday reads. I don’t typically have a holiday TBR, but here are some books I might read during the holidays:

The Queen of Nothing

I’m currently reading this book, and it’s a great read for a cold and stormy winter night.

Winterwood

This dark and atmospheric book may be a perfect holiday read. I’ve been eyeing Shea’s second book since her debut came out. While I had some issues with it, I have high hopes for this spooky novel.

Supernova

I am dying, DYING to read this book. I truly am. I can just imagine myself getting lost in Supernova while the snow falls. I probably wouldn’t even notice the weather.

Alone in the Wild

Rockton has always been my go-to winter series. It’s set in the Yukon and always arrives during the cold months. I’m a little sad to see this series end.

A Curse So Dark and Lonely

I’ve heard a lot about the Cursebreakers series. And as you all know, I’m a huge fan of Beauty and the Beast retellings. So cracking this book open during the holidays would be perfect.

  1. I haven’t read Brigid’s OR Marissa’s (series or any book be either of them), but I’m excited about this new series by these new series by them. Both interest me quite a lot. 🙂

  2. All of these sound great for winter reads! I’m a holiday reader, but I am currently reading Call Down the Hawk which I didn’t get to last month. Happy Reading this month!
