Top Ten Tuesday | Books I Read Because Someone Recommended Them to Me

Happy Tuesday, bloggers!

Book recommendations are supreme in our community. Bloggers rely on them and hope they stick up to what the blogger/reader said. Sometimes, they’re great. And sometimes, they aren’t.

Top Ten Tuesday, originally created by The Broke and the Bookish and now hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl, is a weekly meme. The next prompt is books I read because someone recommended them to me.

Enjoy the post!

These Violent Delights

I don’t think anyone has stopped talking about Chloe’s book. And I don’t blame them. A lot of buzz is surrounding the book, and I’m excited to read it.

From Blood and Ash

I blame my blogger squad. Wholeheartedly blame each and every one of you devious women. But alas, I’m addicted to this series. And I need the next book like I need my next breath.

Sing Your Heart Out

Jess from Fiction No Chaser and a member of our blogger squad introduced the group to this series. Now I haven’t read it yet, but it’s on my TBR list. I love dark, twisted storylines.

Just Drop Out

I read quite a lot of reverse harem novels. But Hannaford Prep is my top five series. In one of my RH groups, many readers recommended it, and I haven’t looked back since.

Filthy Rich Boys

It took me a long time to get into bully romance. That subgenre is touchy for me. I don’t like when authors glorify or romantize it. However, I took the plunge with Rich Boys of Burberry Prep. I don’t know why I took so long to get into the genre.

  1. I have never heard of bully romance so I had to look it up. I can totally see why you’d be hesitant to read something like that – I think I would be too but it also sounds like a bit of a possible guilty pleasure lol! I have never read any of Jennifer L. Armentrout’s books – I should probably give her a try,
