Top Ten Tuesday | Mardi Gras

Happy Tuesday, bloggers!

It’s Mardi Gras! I’m a Northerner, so I don’t celebrate it. Yet I’ve always wanted to, especially during this snowstorm. For this week, we get to rave about book covers with yellow, purple, and/ or green.

Top Ten Tuesday, originally created by The Broke and the Bookish and now hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl, is a weekly meme. The next prompt is Mardi Gras!

Enjoy the post!

Gods & Monsters

I need to catch up, and now I have a reason. This cover is gorgeous. I cannot wait to see how Reid and Lou’s story concludes.

Wolf Endangered

You could say it’s a pink cover, but I see more purple. I am loving this series and the new-to-me author. The next installment is coming shortly. I just hope Willow and her guys her their happy storyline.

Our Violent Ends

I’m not a huge Shakespeare reader. Sure, I’ve read several of his pieces, but I”m more intrigued by retellings of his work. Chloe deserves all the beautiful covers, yeah?

Assembly

I’m already reading it, and I want to cry. I don’t want the series to end. I love Hope and her men.

A Heart so Fierce and Broken

I’ve been meaning to read the series but haven’t gotten to it yet. I love Beauty and the Beast retellings, so I’m sure to love it.

  1. A Heart So Fierce and Broken has a great cover, though I didn’t like the story all that well. Assembly has a beautiful cover as well!

  2. I love the cover to Assembly! I didn’t realize Mardi Gras was a southern thing. It usually comes and goes for me without my noticing since nobody I know actually celebrates it. Now I know why!
